So, you don't mind unconstitutional Judicial activism, as long as it is an unconstitutional bit of Judicial activism that you approve of?

The law of the land is the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and subsequent Amendments, not a New York State Supreme Court ruling.

I didn't say I was for or against the ruling, I was just stating what was the case. If you have an issue, take it up with the NYSSC.
