And... if they were messing around with fireworks in a tinderbox why didn't the stage crew at least have fire extinguishers and a water hose ready. Duuuuuuuuuuumb.
The ignorance or callous disregard to the danger and the inability to recognize it for what it was and then act pervaded the entire place but for a very few.
I pray we take the lesson, given events around us all.
