Jim Cramer (thestreet.com and who also has a show on CNBC and also an hour long afternoon Radio show and who is a Democrap) said this ruling was a bunch of crap. He was upset and surprized at the ruling. he said it hurts the industry. I like Cramer I trust Cramer.....even if he is a 'RAT. He also likes Bush and the dividend tax cuts..... so I like Cramer even more.

I'd get the buzzer, and then he'd yell at me. I don't have enough $$ (other than in my 401K) to be diversified.....although I did open a Scottrade account with the minimum ammount and bought all the shares of ATK my $550 could handle!
