Discretion is the better part of valor. If I was Taki, I would stay out of Britain. The US can't extradite a person who commit a crime that isn't a crime in America.

On the other hand, most of Europe has similiar "thought crime" offenses, they could extradite him (remember how France prosecuted Yahoo because Nazi memorabilia was being auctioned online). I think if this prosecution goes forward, all of Europe would be a no-go area for Taki unless he fights this in an English courtroom.
