I listen to Radio Canada. They are pretty bad up there on this "hate speech" cr@p, but they let the pro-Arafat faction stop
a former Israeli PM from speaking at a college in Montreal w/o arrests last fall.

Yet this week, they deny entry/immigration to some "holocaust rebuttor/denier" for "hate speech" on a website
in Germany.
(or maybe Tennessee. Only half-listen usually after the int'l news. There may be more to the story.)

Interestingly, they did interview Pat Buchanan for "Canuckistan" w/o a problem.
