FRED Hochberg - the son of mail-order queen Lillian Vernon and the top openly gay figure in the Clinton administration (as deputy administrator in the Small Business Administration) - had his annual Valentine's Day lunch at 11 Madison Park. His guests were 60 women - no men - including Karin Greenfield-Sanders, Patricia Duff, Karenna Gore Schiff, Betsy Gotbaum, Ruth Messinger, New Republic publisher Stephanie Sandberg and Democratic National Committee finance chair Maureen White. All left with red and white Valentine heart-shaped plates.
