Not immoral, just horny to the point of being irrational. The point I was originally trying to make is that this person doesn't really give any workable solutions other than the knee-jerk "don't do it!" stuff. He could at least advocate masturbation (which is definitely preferable to oral sex), but then again we had a Surgeon General lose her job championing that!

But there are NO real "workable" solutions. The only way I can think of to really reduce the number of teens having sex is to change the culture so that teens are not alone together.
