This is frightening. Usually I agree with these people. I guess I need to rethink my position on this. Okay now that I've thought it over, let's kick Saddam's butt. NOW. NOW is not an acronym.

Reads like a who's who of smaller than life has-been celebrities who need notoriety from a "cause" to jump-start their careers. How come the Beak isn't on the list?

I propose a sin tax on movie tickets to help ameliorate the damage to young minds done by Hollywood and the entertainment industry. This tax would go well with all the nutty sin taxes that Hollywood celebs have been touting to help balance state budgets.

I just took a look at their website and the alternatives to war. Here's one: Controlling or shutting down the Syria-Iraq pipeline would help stop the illegal shipment of oil outside the system of UN financial controls. This is a gaping hole in the sanctions net and a major source of unrestricted revenue for the Baghdad government.
Easy enough, right?

Robert Duncan McNeill was Lt. Paris on Star Trek: Voyager. Shame to see him there, especially since his character would be one of the first to tell these actors where to get off.

How hysterical is it that their acronym is AUWWW, as in
"Auwwwwwwww, America is a big fat meanie"
or
"Auwwwwww, can't we all just get along"
More touchy-feely crap!!!

Does anyone really believe that their petty little ill thought out attack is going to work?
I would bet that the white house and other administration facilities will be using other unpublished lines for their communication.
If anything, all the administration would have to do is install new unpublished lines ahead of time....sheeze.

Lily Tomlin! Now there's someone who could "Win Without War". Just send her to Baghdad in a thong. All the males will castrate themselves.

Hey Everyone! I just e-mailed them, i'll post it. Everyone post yours!!!
Hello,
I know that you are against war, but after Bush said he would not let protests (and this is a protest) curve his opinion about Iraq, why waste what will be a ton of tax payer's money reading all these? We are already in debt, this wont help.
What are your reasons for opposing a war? I personally don't understand. I am only 16, but have done enough research to know that diplomacy has been going on for 12 years and so have weapons development in Iraq. Lets get these actors to support the president, after all, this is part of the war on terror. With that said, I am still open to listen to your reasons for this.
Will these actors ever get together some time soon to do commercials to get people to donate to charity or urge people to give money to cancer research?
Lastly, i would like to quote Jeffrey Goldberg talking about sadam: There is no dictator (sadam) in power anywhere in the world who has, so far in his career, invaded two neighboring countries; fired ballistic missiles at the civilians of two other neighboring countries; tried to have assassinated an ex-president of the United States; harbored al-Qaida fugitives (this is, by the way, beyond doubt, despite David Plotz's assertion to the contrary); attacked civilians with chemical weapons; attacked the soldiers of an enemy country with chemical weapons; conducted biological weapons experiments on human subjects; committed genocide; and then there is, of course, the matter of the weaponized aflatoxin, a tool of mass murder and nothing else.
Thank you for your time,
Rob
