Take it up with MSNBC.

MSNBC is interested in getting as many people as possible to read their news stories. Thus they carefully edit, proofread, and finally publish them in a format pleasing to the eye. I'm sure FR administrators at some point put thought into making FR postings look attractive and readable by making font choices, etc..

You obviously are motivated enough to take the time to copy news stories (even just copying can take more than a few seconds sometimes). Then I'm sure you diligently check to make sure no one else has already posted this story, followed by filling out the FR posting form, let's not forget the comma-separated list of topics, etc. But you draw the line at taking the first, minimal step to making this story you chose for the lucky FR readers you've targeted, more readable.

And by the way, links that you thoughtfully provide are nice, but don't always last forever (or even one day).
