Holocaust denier Ernst Zundel is applying for refugee status in order to return to Canada. He was handed over to Canadian immigration officials by U.S. authorities on Wednesday.
Zundel, 63, had been in custody in Tennessee for allegedly over-staying a temporary U.S. visa.
He publicly questions whether the extermination of millions of Jews during the Second World War ever happened. He was once described by the U.S. Jewish Anti-Defamation League as "Canada's leading pro-Nazi and Holocaust-denial propagandist,"
Zundel had been living in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in Sevierville, about 30 kilometres east of Knoxville, for the last two years.

I predict that Canada, the U.S., and Germany will now begin a game of hot potato with this kook.

Oh, great! We get Zundel back!
And when does Karla get out? They could be a team.
Canada, once a country, now a money laundromat for the Liberal Party elite.

I'd like to know why he was handed over to Canadian Immigration. The jerk is a German citizen, arrested in Tennessee, held in jail in New York and now handed over to us so he can worm his way back in. After we have already denied him citizenship.
Seeking refugee status from the US. Or is that from Germany?

Maybe they're just trying to make up for Maher Arar.

I was thinking that but couldn't remember the guy's name.Deporting him to Syria was wrong. As for Zundel, I don't care who took the phone call but I'd like to know who the idiot was that made the arrangements.
I do know in Germany Zundel would never see day light again if the Germans charged and prosecuted him. I wouldn't even give the sob a flashlight.
