It's hard for me to tell if it has slacked off here, but it has been coming down at better than 1" an hour.

I can tell just from where I shoveled in front of my front door. There's no drifting in that area - and there is another 4" or so since I shovelled - which was less than 4 hours ago.

Snow has slacked off considerably. Right now I would estimate it is falling at 0.25"/hr. NEXRAD shows we are indeed in a "hole" in the precip here at Great Falls, VA, but there is another strong cell working up this way from Culpeper.
