It's wartime. Can't we just shoot him?

Khalil said he realized he could go to jail if he refuses to follow orders, but that he's within his legal rights to speak out against the war. Right on both counts, assuming he exercises his right to speak properly. He can't do it in uniform, for sure.
And he can definitely go to jail for refusing to obey lawful orders.

I (state your name) do solemnly swear that I will protect and defend the constitution of the United States against all enemies, foriegn and domestic. And I that will bear true faith and allegience to the same. I will obey the orders of the President of the United States of America, and the orders of the officers appointed above me. I take this oath freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office of which I am about to enter, so help me God.
Court-martial seems appropriate.

Muslims should not be allowed to join the military, their first allegiance is to their moon god.

Get a rope; I'll figure out the knot.
