I love Don Knotts!!!

On Wednesday, January 19, 2000 at 11:15 a.m.,
actor/comedian, Mr. Don Knotts, received a star on the
Hollywood Walk of Fame. The event was held at 7083
Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, California. As a special tribute
to Mr. Knotts for his dedication, loyalty and commitment to
entertaining the public with his portrayal of Deputy Barney
Fife, the LAPD honored Mr. Knotts today with a plaque
bearing the Department badge and a single .38 caliber
bullet.

The Los Angeles Police Department appreciates Mr. Knotts’
ability to put a human face on law enforcement through his
long-term role as one of Mayberry’s finests.
Congratulations, Mr. Don Knotts on your lifetime of
achievements.
