I don't claim to defend her or her now dead and formerly cheating hubby. But I still say divorce court was the route she should have taken. Not throught the parking lot and over him three times. I posed the other question just as a thinking point. A hypothetical if you will.

I agree with you... She should have cleaned his clock in divorce court. She could've taken that damned "list" he dictated to her - comparing her with his mistress - and literally wiped him out financially for what he did.
I just think the guy was on a massive ego trip for screwing around on her and then rubbing her nose in it.
I'm sure she was outraged, and for good reason, but she blew it. She's ruined too many lives to walk free. But I still think 5 yrs would cover it as far as teaching her a lesson.
