And you madam are an apologist for murder. Looks like the 9 women on the Texas jury differ with you. I salute their wisdom and pursuit of justice.

People get thrown in prison all the time for murder and manslaughter. I can't think of anyone doing time for adultery. Can you? BTW> I would love to hear David's side of the story. What made him want to cheat. Most likely the main reason was the mad women he was married to. But David's dead now so we'll never know now, will we?

That is the whole point.
This was a killing, not a murder.

Texans have traditionally punished murder with death. They have traditionally not punished killing at all. Harris' "B" list atty failed to make the case properly to the jury.

This was a man who needed killing and she killed him.
