I am a guy. A native Houstonian. I am sympathetic.
I had two friends whose mothers got S&W divorces when I was in high school, but no one ever suggested putting them in jail for it. I mean other than the DA. I never saw anyone convicted and given time for this in Houston. The whole city has filled up with wuussies and other Yankees.
My family has been in Texas for 180 years. Having the right to kill someone who needed killing is one of the main reasons we moved here.
OK, it was the main reason we had to.
Same thing.
And a lot of the men -- divorced guys, I suspect (maybe, some of them, former adulterers themselves?) -- seem to think the hubby's treachery was no big deal. It's a sad sign of the times when even a "conservative" website is filled with folks who have liberal views on marriage, fidelity, commitment and honor.
Note to self:
1.) One Tahoe circuitous skull crushing speed bump lap is manslaughter, three laps is murder
2.) Avoid homicidal activity in front of step daughter and video cameras.
3.) Cry for your soul, and cry for your children. Don't cry for your life.
4.) Gotta find a way to meet Nancy Bonner. Those flaring nostrils and brown eyes equals OH MAMA.
5.) Capital crime is not a wise way to get Ms Bonners attention
6.) Somebody famous needs to kill somebody pretty damn soon or the sweeps numbers are gonna tank
