Typical liberal commitment to their cause. It reminds me of Jesse Jackson's version of a hunger strike. He would go without food until he got hungry and then someone else would take over his fast so he could go eat.

Please note the scores of celebrity protestors have declined the idea of traveling to Iraq to act as human shields. This is the work of the little people in the movement.
When the anti-war Oscars are handed out, Martin, Babs, Dustin, Sean, Alec and all the rest will be sure to give thanks to all of the dead idiots in the sands of Iraq that made their protesting careers possible.

Hey these people should drape themselves over cannisters of mustard gas -- or strap themselves to scud missiles. Seriously, we can only hope there's a few CIA agents mixed in with the looney tunes.

This is great.
It's a "Twofer"
We can wipe out Saddam and the world's loopiest lefties in one shot. I will kick in to buy tickets for any American whacko who wants to chain himself to something large in Baghdad.
Maybe the Senate Democrats would like to put their bodies where their mouths are?

That would be most amusing!

'I have no intention of being a martyr' Gosh, ya mean this was just an empty gesture by left wing poseurs seeking cheap publicity?

Roman Matrons told their sons to come back with their
shields or on them.
Later on this practice declined
so did Rome.
Stolen from Robert Heinlein.

According to the full article, these braindead lefties...
"have been draping banners over public facilities in Baghdad this week - an electricity station, a water treatment plant and, on Thursday, the Martyrs Bridge over the Tigris. "Bombing This Site Is A War Crime," the banners read."
Well that is an excellent idea that I would like to extend.
I am putting up a banner around the entire city of New York where I live which will also say:
"Bombing This Site Is A War Crime"
And I intend to hold responsible all those who actively support the cause of international terrorism, including supporters of OBL and Saddam.
Now whatcha got to say, peaceniks???
