This is stupid. I have noticed (in channel surfing) ESPN broadcasts of cheerleading competitions.. The stage was teeming with young ladies jumping, dancing and generally 'shakin their booties' for a fairly large TV audience.

A friend of mine works in television as a cameraman. He does dozens of sporting events for ESPN, etc., every year, football to soccer, you name it. I've seen the "outakes" of his and many other cameraman's shots. What do you suppose they are focusing on when their camera isn't being used for a current "live" shot?"

I suppose they were pointed at the most enjoyable sight in the gym. And the girls kicked higher and sparkled for the cameras.

They want to show off for young stud muffins and tv people, while banning "DOM" from the building.
