Actually, Belgium has ethnic Flemish and French people. They have two different national languages, too. The two groups really don't get along, but they seem to agree on one thing: their hatred of the Jews.

Nothing more hilarious than telling the Flemish they speak "Dutch". They get so uppity.. "ve speake Vlemish, not Dutzsh"
Only the Dutch speaking Belgians think they dont speak Dutch
