The people in Candor, NY down the road from Ithaca are polar opposites from Ithacans; we are Republican, conservative and disdainful of the People's Republic of Ithaca.

The trip was organized by Cities for Peace, a coalition created by a D.C.-based think tank, The Institute for Policy Studies, to bring together cities that passed antiwar resolutions.Click here to see who's on the board of the Institute for policy Studies. Real intellectual heavyweights they got there. Nothing about donors on their site that I could find. Gee, wonder why?
