DESPERATELY SEEKING CHELSEA

CHELSEA Clinton may end up being one of the best-paid college graduates ever. The McKinsey and Boston consulting firms are both vying for the Oxford scholar, and one source said, "McKinsey has upped the ante and offered her close to $100,000 a year." It beats the $60,000 PAGE SIX reported she was offered last month. Clinton's area of specialty? Health care, of course. "Chelsea wants to take over where her mother left off," our spy snickered, referring to Hillary Clinton's embarrassingly failed attempt in 1993 to establish a federal health care service.

You think she ever served as an unpaid college intern working on her knees?

When she entered college, she said she wanted to be a doctor. "Ha!" was my reaction, doubting she had inherited enough reality genes to pass the science courses and like them, or enough compassion genes to stomach continual interaction with regular people in less than ideal circumstances.

If that's a cocoon, and Chelsee was supposed to emerge as a beautiful butterfly......it didn't work.

This is the sort of thing that makes me sick. People like me who have no famous family contacts have to work our way through college and compete for jobs. I still managed to get an honors degree, but even today, when I'm more than twice Chelsea's age, nobody has ever paid me $100,000 a year. Chelsea, though, goes to Oxford, hardly shows up in class, spends so much of her time getting drunk in bars with her scarily Bill-like boyfriend that she nearly gets thrown out of school, and these New York companies are fighting over who gets to throw the most money at her for her priceless expertise and experience. Wish I'd known back in college how the world really worked. I would've spent all my time sucking up to influential people and not wasted so much of it studying and working.

Memo to Chelsea: We will never forget, Chelsea, your comment about the men and women of the FBI being labled by you as your "personally trained pigs."

Don't get too worked up over CC getting $100G in Boston...in the People's Repbulic of MA that's equivalent to about $5.59 in the rest of the world.

Nah. As a conservative, by definition, you too much integrity for that. If you really meant that, you'd be posting on DU.

I would've spent all my time sucking up to influential people and not wasted so much of it studying and working. Your character would have prevented you. Instead of thinking you were clever and one of the "beautiful" people, you'd be filled with self loathing if you'd done this. Liberals, of course, are loathe themselves, but this only allows them to embrace the most foul and idiotic schemes in an attempt to "cleanse" themselves.

This is simply a high-class eBay auction of Chelsea's roladex.
I can't imagine she *personally* adds any value, other than being a "bag man" for indirect bribes to her mommy and daddy (not Webb).
BTW, I wonder when she last rode the subway.

Didn't Monica get a $65-80k a year job in exchange for her silence (at Revlon or something)?
Amazing pay considering these kids are fresh out of college with zero experience. Oh yeah, and the left tells Americans they should hate the rich (those who make over $50k).

Celebrities and the well connected always get money for nothing. That's life
You've earned your money and have your integrity.

At least she is getting $15,000 more than Daddy's mistress.

Yep. Courtesy of the 'fixer' Vernon Jordan. Documenting that pattern was the heart of the Starr commission's purpose.

As I was going to say before being rudely interrupted by the system shutdown:
I think Chelsea's outfit is supposed to be a cross between a burqa and a condom, but then, what do I know about high fashion.

Agreed...I tell my kids that if life were fair, I'd be 6'5" tall and be able to hit like Ted Williams.
I'm actually 5'10", and never could hit a lick. And, of course, I embarrass my teenagers simply by being alive. They will be the first to tell anyone within earshot that life is not fair!
