I have noted that in some small towns the 3AM Mosquito Fogger truck still makes it's rounds (in summer months of course) in the dark of night.......In small towns that duty falls to a lone unlucky city worker.........no one ever questions a city vehicle at 3AM fogging skeeters in Poohville IMO.
Don't think for one second the threat is to big cities or dense populated areas.
Stay Safe :o)

Such is not the case here in the People's Socialist Republic of CT. Anti-mosquitto measures are strictly forbidden even when West Nile Virus, Eastern Equine Encphilitis, and other mosquitto borne diseases are becoming epidemnics. Pesticdes are worse than homicides to the libs in this state. Admittedly I did not consider more sane areas of the nation.

Du Pont Oxone(R) Applications page. This material is used in denture cleaners, swimming pool shock treatments, and various industrial products.
The active ingredient is potassium peroxymonosulfate a.k.a. potassium monopersulfate. It can be prepared by partially neutralizing Caro's acid.

Not practical to go to the country to gas Dan and Mrsdan. Only way it would gain attention is if they botched the job and I lit their gas for them. Now SLB, he lives where a good fart would gain attention and inflict great damage.

Decontamination Gel? Well, I suppose it could work, but I'd need to test it first. I'm ready anytime Jolene Blalock is ready....

My little ville is about 2400 folks. Small main street , Mom & Pop stores, one chain store choke, gas and puke (on topic :o)........when or if half of ones town is wiped out be it 2000 or 2 million I'd think the terrorist message would be presstituted in fine form.
Agree 100% on the if caught in the act light em up thang :o)
BTW .... I believe the Sandia "decon foam" spoke of here is a byproduct of a shampoo and toothpaste we read about in the past couple of years....... Anyone remember that ?
Stay Safe LDD !!
