CA: Welfare agency probed in tot death

An unusual drama is unfolding in a San Mateo County courtroom where an outraged judge wants to know how an 8-month-old foster baby in the court's custody ended up dead during a visit to his biological parents at Christmas.

Juvenile Court Judge Marta Diaz has used her broad judicial powers to open a no-holds-barred inquiry into circumstances surrounding the death of little Angelo Marinda of Daly City.

This Judge should be on the 9th Circus Court of Appeasers or the California Supreme Court.

The welfare agency sent that baby to its death, plain and simple. IMO.
