I didn't read anything here about the "Bavarian Illuminati," but the author does seem to think that the US relies on a strategy of "delaying entry into global conflicts long enough so potential competitors would be weakened, and then coming to the rescue to clean up the mess and collect the spoils."
Do we use that strategy or not, is the question?
You mean like how we took and kept control of the Iraqi oil fields in southern Iraq and kept the Kuwaiti oil fields under our "protection"?
