Pillman died of an overdose I think. I was swapping forum messages on AOL with him before he died. He was always in character.

Yeah, Pillman OD'd in a ratty motel in Bloomington, MN. He and local smart ass/fun guy Tom Zenk were tag partners and very good friends. Man, Pillman was talented - he was an LB for the Bengals before rasslin I believe.

Another one who died recently was Gentleman Chris Adams. I used to watch him on the UHF channels, some lousy promotion, but he was a classic heel.
