Hopefully his comments will be played shortly. I have not heard an announcement, but Fox, for one, had said they would show the speech live, then went to the tape feed from Baghdad.

The President already spoke..they broke away from him to cover Blix. He was just speaking at a GOP conference. I did hear him say again today that the "game is over". With Russia joining France and Germany today, things only get more complicated...Rosen on Fox just saying "the inspectors were not sent to negotiate, they were sent to verify that Saddam is complying". Administration dismissing what Saddam is doing now.
