And the Chinese play Go. It looks like we have more and more disconnected groups.

I'm not sure that just because Bush likes to yell "Check" and "Game Over" it makes him a cowboy without a strategy. Everyone so far who has misinterpreted his actions as those of a stupid cowboy have found themself entangled in his lasso. I tend to think he's more of a shrewd poker-player, who LIKES his opponent to think he's just a reckless cowboy.
