Heavenly Father, we come to you to ask for healing of this man's brave brother; a man who put his life on the line for his fellow countrymen and his fellow soldiers for many, many years and in many terrible places. Show yourself mighty on his behalf, Father, and bring healing to him, peace to his family, and let them know that your love is stronger than all. We thank you, Father, for this challenge in his life in order to show your sovereignty and mercy in all things. In the name of your Son, our Holy Savior Jesus Christ, amen.
