Lambda Phi Epsilon, one of the San Jose State University fraternities involved in last month's fatal brawl, was suspended four years ago for hazing pledges and was investigated last year after a fight with a rival fraternity, university officials revealed Friday.

Asian gangs taking on the cloak of middle class fraterntities are still Asian gangs.

If only California's liberal press had the balls to point out the obvious.
