The recent death of a 17-year-old boy in Harlem - killed when police mistook his toy gun for a real one - prompted the bill banning toy guns And what, pray tell, is a 17-year-old doing with a toy gun?
Was there someone else he wanted to think he had a real weapon?
Methinks this kid was up to no good - not an innocent these people try to portray.

Our local combined High School Middle School (rural northern Wi.)...has a day (during the last week of school) where the kids are encouraged to bring their water pistols and "super soakers". The school sponsers a big party and free for all...with their water shooters...
The kids love it...and the teachers bring theirs...
The sandwiches get a little soggy but its good clean fun..
