Well, I guess I'm outvoted two to one on this matter. If I were the attorney prosecuting this case I would aim for just plain old battery. It would be much easier to prove. There is a certain paucity of facts available from the article. I think we can all agree that it is criminal behavior we see here. The sexual component is less clear to me.
