CNN just announced that President Bush will speak at 4:30. That's all they said. Didn't sound like it was previously scheduled.

Well, since the war has to happen, what better timing could there be than to preempt Clinton AND Michael Jackson? Can you imagine the pissed off look that will be on Clinton's face when Larry tells him that his appearance will not occur due to the War starting? I'd love to be a fly on the wall in Larry's studio...

I think Bush will draw a "line in the sand". One last deadline for Saddam before our boys lock and load. I think you're right. It'll be a summation of Powells remarks, maybe a new tid-bit or two, and then a drop-dead date (pun intended).

I seem to recall that the Sen. Joe Biden actually DID plagiarize a speech once, and was caught.
IIRC, said speech was written by a member of the UK's Labour Party.
