CNN just announced that President Bush will speak at 4:30. That's all they said. Didn't sound like it was previously scheduled.

This is not "bombs away" speech, in my opinion, but the notice to the UN and the rest that time is short to get on board.I agree. The President would probably speak from the Oval Office if it was the start of the war. Besides, we still have people over there. I think he's going to remind the world that he is serious and Saddam is in his last days if he does not disarm NOW. Blix comes back to the U.N. on 2/14...my guess is that the President allows that to happen.
