My screed against Amber alerts was not directed at the frequency of posts about them on FR but against the frequency with which the authorities release them and the dubious nature of those releases. I post something similar every time I find an Amber alert thread. I guess I forgot the [/rant] tag.
In retrospect, I should have left the To: field blank. My diatribe was not aimed at you.
