No, Ritter took an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution, NOT "international law", which has no hold over the United States or our interests and security.

People like Ritter and Mandela had best watch their fiery words. A fellow Texan's daughter died 9-11 -- his eldest child and only daughter, named after his mother. Her death is still ripping him apart inside. It's rather scary to be around him when the pervert Ritter's on the news. He never says anything, but his jaws lock down and his eyes squint to BB-sized pinholes. Ritter wouldn't last a minute if the two of them were ever in the same locale.
Some don't equate Iraq to 9-11. A bunch of Americans do. A whole bunch.
