That would be stupid and nonsensical, since more people were busted under Clinton than under Reagan and Bush the First combined. Yes in deed, but the drug warrior's only weapon is lies. That's exactly why I would expect one to make such a comment - they have before on numerous occasions. They have even claimed that the stats proving this are fabricated. Quite a funny crew....
