In this case, as soon as they see "White House", they'll get stuck in a loop, like a dogma chasing it's tail.

They will claim that those in the White House who said this and those at the DEA who are responsible are all just hold-overs from the Clinton Administration and make some stupid, nonsensical comment about how drug prosecutions went down during CLinton's term because he wanted to legalize drugs.
