Piece of Ramon's Israeli Air Force flag found in Texas

A charred piece of an Israeli Air Force flag that Israeli Astronaut Ilan Ramon took with him into space has been found in the Texas countryside, according to reports today.
NASA officials said they were aware that Ramon had taken IAF paraphernalia along with him on the voyage, particularly symbols such as the flag.

I wonder if Israel took note of the delicate way both the Jewish and Christian traditions were woven together at the memorial service today. It was beyond beautiful, it was powerful.

And I hope the scum of all stripe, who have claimed that the tragedy is some sort of mystical payback to the US and Israel, did as well. The service and it's religious makeup sent a very powerful message...
