I kind of liked Clooney. But it turns out he's a loser like the rest of them. Let him sell his movies in France, I'm going to make it a point to avoid them.

No one can use the teachings of Jesus to fight against civil rights only by opposing the teachings of Jesus can one oppose civil rights. No religion comes close to Christianity is declaring and standing up for the equality of mankind. Nor to exalt the individual spirit. All are equal in Christ. All may come to his grace.

Charlton Heston responds to the bimbo hatemonger Clooney with class and generosity. Heston is a true gentleman and a hero.
I hope George Clooney continues to self-destruct ala Alec (Who?) Baldwin. Clooney is nothing but white trash who happened to have an aunt in show business.

Clooneys' father was a local T.V. personality in Cincinnati, and later wrote a column in the CINCINNATI POST. He was constantly writing about how GREAT a President bildo Clintoon was! In fact he wrote a few years ago that Clintoon was THE GREATEST PRESIDENT OF ALL TIMES! So maybe that's where Georgie boy got his goony political views from!

Mr Looney will ultimately be remembered as just another losing unarmed combatant in a battle of wits with the great O'Reilly, rather than the shallow roles in forgettable movies.Heston's cinematographic performances will be remembered forever......

"I don't care," he said defiantly. This statement should be thrown back in the liberals' ugly faces whenever they spout their intolerant nonsense, because it illustrates the crux and heart of liberalism: they don't care about anything except themselves and their agenda. The Clintons are the embodiment of that, as well as Clooney and the others. They are hypocritical to the core, espousing the "caring and tolerant" liberal line, all the while practicing and embodying the polar opposite.
I found Clooney's "joke" particularly hurtful and distressing as I was the caregiver for my mother in her later years and who was an Alzheimer's victim. It was the most heartbreaking thing to see the person who bore and raised and loved you for your entire life, someone who you thought when you were younger would live forvever and always be there for you, slowly and painfully taken away from you until nothing was left but their body, and eventually have that fail as well. Not being a liberal and therefore being compassionate and tolerant, I can only pray that George Clooney never has to experience what I and others have, to have a loved one taken in this way, because its the kind of thing you don't want to wish on anyone, intolerant and mean-spirited liberal or not.

Agreed.
I was reminded of whats-her-face ripping up a picture of the Pope on Saturday Night Live.
Her career plummeted afterwords. Would not be surprised if Boy George's did likewise.

Local conservative talk radio host Jon Matthews on 700AM KSEV plays the opening from La Grange on his radio show as a bumper on Fridays. He'll occassionally say that Billy Gibbons is listening in but I don't know if it's a joke. I've never heard him call in.
The others on the list seem to be more blunt with their conservatism.
I've seen Billy F. Gibbons around town and have talked to him but never asked him about his politics or if he listens to Jon Matthews' radio show (I haven't even gotten to ask him about a car/music magazine that we both subscribe to called Gearhead). Talked about blues records, motorcycles, silk screening, and computers so far.

Don't forget the guns in From Dusk Till Dawn.
Real firearms are just for Hollywood, don't you know?

Oh yeah! Sinead O'Connor. These people underestimate the basic decency of this country, and they often pay for it with their careers.
