Franks isn't a weenie. Trust me on that one. I think he was just doing what every other General has done or is doing. Someone just decided to rat him out for some reason. If was trying to hide anything, why then would he ask for the incestigation to be conducted and help with it?

Just trying to stay on an even keel, I suppose, in these troubled times, and I do it with wry (or possibly whole wheat) humor. All the best, and try to smile -- even when it doesn't seem to make sense to do so.....
