cut a billion dollars from the budget the headlines
scream, and a thousand employees... hhisss goes CWA,
and the Teachers unions. The math tells a different story.
It's business as usual in the "peoples republic" of
New Jersey. Soak the taxpayers, and private industry
to make up the difference.
