I couldn't tell from the thread where they were meeting. Has anybody seen it reported?

Electronic meeting. Is encrypted up to Level 7 even over normal phone lines. Then can use phonelines, net, private bird, etc. A 1000 ways. All it is is a Sony laptop with a good netcam. Is all in briefcase aid carries.
