that picture isn't from the shuttle. unless you can explain how that part doesn't match anything on the shuttle, and why they are so far from the earth in that picture.

The Top Hat on the wing adds to my skepticism. That coupled with the fact that there are no windows that have a view looking down on the wing. I refuse to blame anyone for this tragedy.
