The mission of NRCC Naples is to provide fleet and base support for US Navy, Military Sealift and Coast Guard ships; US bases and facilities located in Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia; contingency operations; and continental US activities requiring supplies and services from Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.

The supply line to the Persian Gulf. Quite a target for the bad guys.

Good God, Man!

Every 7-11 in old Napoli will be closed for days! Now if only our own Law Enforcement People, who are starting to look more and more like the people on the Jerry Springer Show, could pull off a few big busts like this.

The Eyeties made a big mistake in opening up their country to Muslims. Let's hope they can set it right. Us, too.

As Osama said before he went down,

"Please shoot me in the head and then defile my corpse with a nice big capacolla!"

No doubt The Left will try to find a way to blame this on President Bush. Let's see: we're making them mad because we're declaring war on Saddam?

Italy's certainly had it's work cut out for it in eliminating unwanted pakies. Knowying them, they've been waiting for an excuse like the events of the last 2 years to go up and down their beautiful country and rid themselves of some filth.

*Sooner or later they're bound to get through, I'm afraid.*

agreed. And it will be Bush and America that somehow gets all the blame for it.

Didn't you know America is responsible for every bad thing in the world, right down to the bad breath of the French??

Police also found hundreds of forged identity documents, hundreds of cell phones, an index of thousands of international telephone contacts and addresses, and instruction manuals on how to forge identity documents, the statement said.

Methinks this may be a key bust. Let's hope this list of numbers and addresses are for those in the network, and not innocents whose information was used for forged documents.

Just for the record, I doubt that they just happened to get nabbed in an immigration sweep. The more of these major busts we see, the closer we are to the onset of the Iraq offensive, I think.

Article on this bust in Corriere della Sera says the addresses and contacts could form the basis of further investigations. It also says some members of this cell had been working as street vendors in downtown Naples.
