References to medical uses quickly squelched in federal court.
The Bay Area's first federal medical marijuana trial ended Thursday with a bizarre touch that symbolized the entire case: The judge took over questioning of a defense witness to make sure he didn't refer to the medical use of marijuana.

Of course you wouldn't understand being passionate about freedom, since you can't cut and paste that.
Proposition 215 does not allow ''unlimited quantities of marijuana to be grown anywhere." It only allows marijuana to be grown for a patient's personal use. Police officers can still arrest anyone who grows too much, or tries to sell it.
Rebuttal to Argument Against Proposition 215
Pesky old facts.
Only you and your cohorts at NORML can cut and paste that, especially when the issue of marijuana.
Whew maybe short term memory loss is not the only consequence of chronic marijuana use. Maybe the scientific community should look into the aspect of hubris.
Whoops scratch that, the loss of short term memory and the perpensity for hubris would point to a Hillary type of personality, and thay is verboten.
Monstrous.
This argument was dealt with properly at the gallows of Nuremberg.
And Hillary, if she could show her true late 60's radical left upbringing at Wellsley and Yale, would love to pander to them, but she can't.
Take a gander at this thread, it describes on how Rep. Blumenaur(D-OR) "cleansed" the former office of now jailed former Rep. Jim Trafficant(D-OH), here's a passage from Blumenaur's co-congressman from Oregon(who presided over the "ceremonies"), Peter DeFazio(D-OR).
The burning herbs, primarily dried sage, had an odd smell that prompted some to joke it was marijuana, and as DeFazio waved the stick, he lightheartedly told the crowd of several dozen aides, staffers and others who had gathered, "Everybody inhale. We may all be arrested."
Uhhhhhh . . . I know! Because it doesn't apply?
I hope they nail "Ed." Nail him hard.
Rule #243 from 'dope' R 'us'.
When in trouble on a thread on FR use the quasi-Goebbels tactic of calling your "dope hating tormentor" a "liar" as many times and boldly as you can, because if you call someone a "liar" people will believe it.
If that fails bring up the Holocaust and equating that to the "persecution" of dope smokers.
Liberals, Libertarians, etc. have no shame.
Toke your smoke . . . blow your bong . . . boogie with your doobie . . . .
This whole thing is awful.
It's an especially silly spectacle to witness an atheist pro-doper making that particular argument, but make it they do.
Maybe you can be his pen pal when he is in federal prison instead.
The Supreme Court? Is that not the judicial body that said abortion must be legal in all 50 states, and that the people in those states have virtually no say in the matter?
