If I remember right, after I got booted for doctrinal differences, I sent a message tying up the loose ends and answer some accusations and question in our debates, to the individual members of the list.

Thus, whatever you are accusing me of, is NOT the reason I got kicked off the list, that happened AFTER I got the boot. The reason for the dismissal was doctrinal disputes, just as I said.

I think you're having trouble realizing what things mean. You had trouble realizing that the alleged "use" of Haeckel's drawings in high school textbooks was about more than whether a glossy color plate by Haeckel is somewhere between the covers of some book. That is, the book may or may not be a textbook, and may or may not be representing Haeckel's drawings as what you would see yourself through a microscope.

Similarly, you have trouble realizing that the banning of Con X and his subsequent spoofing of message headers is not about whether there's evidence to send him to prison. It's about whether he's qualified to tell us that mainstream science is all a crock, and what he has to replace it with, and why anyone needs to listen to his rantings.

It was five years ago, I don't remember the details, but I believe I used the normal "redirect" function of Eudora to respond to messages from the list, so recipients knew what the mail pertained to. Apparently their list-server had some kind of flaw that the list-master had to plug. Usually "redirect" gives both addresses, i.e "From Catholiclist@somewhere.com by way of tdg@vbe.com", but the server flaw sent it out as if from the server directly. I did not do that, their server did that.
