So, if you are in this country expecting to be protected by the bill of rights and the constitution, and than use your pulpit to stir your masses into action against our government. If, you preach to your followers to take up arms or bombs to kill; innocent persons than you are a terrorists who deserves to arrested and locked up for the rest of our life.Correct. You said it! As Supreme Ct. Justice Robert H. Jackson wrote, in a dissenting opinion (I think the case was Terminiello v. Chicago, but I might be wrong), that "the Bill of Rights is not a suicide pact."
