Maybe, but I'll bet thats part of it. You could see it in his face, during his first SOTU address. His very soul is into this.

If he/the USA can pull it all off, he will go down as one of the great presidents in history, and I am not trying to overstate things. I am NOT a big BUSH fan, he is not conservative enough for me (way too much spending, pie in the sky/feel good stuff), but he has impressed me in many ways, even when I dont agree with him.
