I don't know what Shaggy Eel's motivation was (although there's an obvious lack of love for the Clintons =(;~.)), but I've seen this assertion posted on FR off and on for the last year or so, so it's my guess that Shaggy Eel actually believes it.

I would also ask that if you know it to be false, why you would repost it?
