m18436572 Nice moniker, you know one letter and eight numbers.
That series of digits is the firing order of a V-8 engine. Took me a moment to recognize it.

Don't tell the NSA. I'm covering for big oil!I won't tell, so long as you don't tell anyone that I actually knew such an obscure piece of trivia.

After further reading it's evident that this is a non-stop foodfight looking for a thread to happen in. LOL

Your an American, just go to work, keep your mouth shut and keep payin the government....They know what to do with your money.....

Had Clinton announced this, there would be howls of protest and rightfully so.
Back when it seemed principles mattered, I used to say that Bill and Hillary Clinton could drive up to a bank in full daylight in the presidential limo, walk into a bank with submachine guns, and come out dragging garbage bags full of money...and get away with it in the eyes of the Clintonites.
It's clear Bush could do the same thing and the Bushbots would rationalize it away.
But why stop with AIDS? How about 10 billion dollars to wipe out malaria, which still, I believe, kills more people than AIDS. And 5 billion for river blindness, 29 billion for sleeping sickness...then there is the malnutrition.
I think all you Bushbots who want the USA to spend my money on every social program under the sun would do well to put your money where your mouths are, dig out your wallets, and start sending big checks to combat all these programs, if you think they are so vital.

Better yet, they ought to head for the Congo, with *their* money in hand.

Gee, what happened to all the Bushbots ready to defend their handler's decision to spend my money to enrich third world tyrants using the guise of AIDS prevention? Paging all Bushbots...
Oh, sorry, maybe you are all busy writing out checks from your personal accounts to third world AIDS prevention programs.
Not that I would object. The money in these programs goes into the pockets of psychopaths like Mugabe. But don't let me hinder your support of psychopaths. Just leave my tax dollar out of it.

AIDS is a behavioral "disease". I have been told by some pretty sharp folk in the medical profession that if you are a heterosexual that is NOT promiscuous, and do not use drugs your chance of getting aids is practically NIL.
